Product Descriptions
Sensual You has taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly and accurately described. However, when ordering please note that:
• Orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the goods and their prices as advertised on this Website;
• All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling.
• Packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
• The sizes shown on the Website are approximate only and may vary slightly;
• Colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
• All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

Acceptance of your Order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute Sensual You’ acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us.
If you supplied us with your email address when entering your payment details (or if you have a registered account with us), we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense.

If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order. If Sensual You cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery - Charges and Timescales
We respect your confidentiality. All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging, and we will never make your details available to any third party company for marketing purposes. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, delivery address and unforeseeable disruptions to delivery services. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to the shipping details on our website.

Please note that certain products may be subject to additional terms and conditions of sale relevant to the delivery charges and/or timescales applicable to that product. Delivery will be to the UK only. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, and the parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox, a card will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel or how to rearrange delivery.

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Sensual You shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Promotions and Promotion Codes
If you have a promotional code, you need to enter this into the offer box on the 'Your Bag' page and click 'Apply'. Promotional codes can be used once only per customer as defined by their email address and/or payment option and/or delivery address. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with certain other Sensual You offers. Codes offering a discount when you spend a certain amount can only apply to a single transaction and exclude delivery charges and selected products. Please note that promotional codes also have an expiry date, after which they are not redeemable.

Promotional codes remain the property of Sensual You Ltd (www.sensualyou.com), are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form. We reserve the right to remove promotion codes at any time and without warning. Additional offers may not available with Party Organisers.

We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time. Some promotions may not combine with other promotions on site, and if so, the best offer will be applied to your order. Any 3 for the price of 2 item choice will always give you the cheapest item free.
Payment
We only accept payment in UK Pound Sterling.
We accept PayPal payments only at this time.

Hosting a Party
You must be female and over 18 years of age to hold a Sensual You party. All Party guests must be female and over 18 years of age. Men are not allowed at Sensual You Parties.
Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings and Review service offered by Sensual You (the "CRR Service"). To the extent of any conflict between Sensual You' Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall control with respect to the CRR Service. By submitting any content to Sensual You, you represent and warrant that:
• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
• all "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
• all content that you post is accurate;
• you are at least 18 years old;
• use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
• You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:
• that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);

You agree to indemnify and hold Sensual You (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Trust Pilot.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. For any content that you submit, you grant Sensual You a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used by the sole discretion of Sensual You. Sensual You reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on the Sensual You website that Sensual You deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Sensual You does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Sensual You to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Sensual You reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason.

You acknowledge that you, not Sensual You are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Sensual You, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
