Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.

At Sensual You, we believe that customer satisfaction is so important. That is why we have carefully selected a range of quality products that you can enjoy without worry.

While we cannot always guarantee 100%, we are sure that our fault rates speak for themselves. For example, or lingerie range has less than <0.001% returns due to manufacturing faults. I know this is something rare these days.

If you’re not happy with something you purchased from us, for any reason, then you can return it to us, and we’ll be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund it for you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie and all seals intact for accessories.

If in the event you do find a fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). Email sales@sensualyou.co.uk for assistance. 

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;

  • Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed
  • Lingerie, where the packaging / box has been unsealed or broken.

Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to your order.

Please note that ALL HOSIERY AND OPEN FRONT/CROTCHLESS garments are classed as an "intimate item" under law and cannot be returned.

Returning items by post

Our returns policy means you can return unwanted items from anywhere in the UK, for a refund or exchange using the address below address, within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the item.
