While we can not always guarantee 100%, we are sure that our fault rates speak for themselves. For example, or lingerie range has less than <0.001% returns due to manufacturing faults. I know this is something rare these days!
If in the event you do find a fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;
- Lingerie, where the packaging/box has been opened.
- All sex toys, where the packaging/ box has been opened unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.
