We currently only deliver within the UK, Monday to Friday, all prices are based on UK delivery options.
We offer a same day dispatch service for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday (larger orders may take a little longer to process).
Any orders received after 11am Friday to Sunday will be despatched Monday.
Orders over £40.00 will automatically qualify for FREE tracked 48hr delivery.
Orders over £100.00 will automatically qualify for FREE next day delivery via DPD.
Orders under £40 will incur the following charges and will be delivered by via Royal Mail or DPD:
- Tracked delivery 48hr: £4.50
- Tracked delivery 24hr: £6.95
- Next day service: £7.95
Items will be delivered via Royal Mail or DPD.
At Sensual You, we believe that customer satisfaction is so important. That is why we have carefully selected a range of quality products that you can enjoy without the worry.
While we can not always guarantee 100%, we are sure that our fault rates speak for themselves. For example, or lingerie range has less than <0.001% returns due to manufacturing faults. I know this is something rare these days!
If in the event you do find a fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;
- Lingerie, where the packaging/box has been opened.
- All sex toys, where the packaging/ box has been opened unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.
